These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frontend Forever website and platform ("Service") operated by Frontend Forever ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected security breach.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content and Submissions

By submitting UI elements, blog posts, or other content:

• You confirm you own the intellectual property rights to the submitted content or have a valid licence to share it.
• You grant Frontend Forever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
• UI elements are shared under the MIT Licence unless you explicitly state otherwise. You may use any MIT-licensed element freely in personal and commercial projects without attribution (attribution is appreciated).
• You must not submit code containing malicious payloads, obfuscated scripts, or content designed to harm users or third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other community members.
• Submit spam, duplicate content, or low-quality content at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without prior written consent.
• Impersonate other users or organisations.
• Engage in any activity that degrades the performance of the Service for others.

5. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Frontend Forever infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice via our Feedback page with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith. We will respond within 14 days.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. You may delete your own account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the platform is revoked, though publicly submitted content may remain on the platform in anonymised form.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTEND FOREVER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by local consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
